Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid (protein building block) in the body and is involved in more metabolic processes than any other amino acid. It is a primary nitrogen donor, meaning that it moves the nitrogen around in the body to where it is needed to create a balance. It is also used by white blood cells and is important for immune function. Glutamine in combination with N-Acetyl Cysteine promotes the synthesis of Glutathione Peroxidase, a naturally-occurring antioxidant. This endogenous antioxidant is key to protecting the canine athlete from exercise-induced free radical damage.

Administer 1 level 1.0 cc scoops (700mg) twice daily for every 30 pounds of body weight.
Best if used with Platinum Performance® Canine.
Recommended for use within 18 months of manufacture date.
