L-Carnitine is responsible for transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria – the energy-producing centers of cells – where they are used to create adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is an energy carrier that acts also as a chemical “battery,” storing and releasing energy as needed, particularly for muscle contraction or locomotion. When L-Carnitine is used in combination with exercise it supports healhty body composition.

Recommended Use
Administer 1 capsule (730mg) or 1.0cc scoop (730mg) twice daily, for every 30 pounds of body weight.
